LonCom AI adds a QR code to each board or exhibit, whether that's placed beside your existing signage or designed into brand-new boards, opening a page with the full story, historical photos, and an AI guide the visitor can genuinely ask questions of, grounded only in material the venue has approved, so it never invents an answer.

Do visitors need to download an app?
No. A visitor scans the QR code and the page opens in their phone's browser. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Does it work with our existing boards, or only new ones?
Both. We can add a QR code beside the boards you already have, or build it into brand-new boards designed with it from the start.
Will the AI guide make things up?
It answers from the content you have approved for each board or exhibit. You stay in control of what it knows, and anything outside that is not guessed at.
Which languages are supported?
The languages are agreed with each venue, based on who your visitors are. Text can be enlarged and read aloud for accessibility.
